Hot 26

  • 105 to 110°F, 50% humidity
  • 60 minutes

Hot 26 Yoga was inspired by the Original 26 & 2 method. This ancient and holistic form of yoga was developed to stimulate the nervous system by organizing postures to create balance within the body and increase the flow of energy.

It is a sequence of 26 specific postures and 2 breathing exercises. This music-free class gives you the opportunity to focus on your mind-body connection and the set series of postures illuminates progress and growth with each class you take. Hot 26 encourages concentration, patience, and determination and will reward those efforts with mental clarity, increased strength, flexibility, and endurance. This style of yoga is truly a moving meditation and an opportunity to transform your outlook on life and how your body moves through it.

Our instructors provide personalized guidance suitable for all levels ensuring a nurturing and mindful experience.

Hot 26 Rhythm

  • 105 to 110°F, 50% humidity
  • 60 minutes

Hot 26 with music is a modern evolution of the traditional 26&2 practice that blends the structure of classic hot yoga with the energy and motivation of curated playlists. Practiced in a heated room, this style keeps the familiar sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises while introducing music to enhance rhythm, focus, endurance, and emotional connection throughout class.

Unlike the silent traditional format, this experience feels immersive and dynamic. The music supports the pacing of the practice, calming during grounding moments and energizing during more challenging postures, helping students stay present, motivated, and connected to their breath and movement.

This style emphasizes:

  • Strength and flexibility
  • Mental focus and endurance
  • Breath-to-movement awareness
  • A rhythmic, flowing class experience
  • A welcoming and modern hot yoga atmosphere

Suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners, the class offers the therapeutic benefits of traditional Hot 26 while creating a more expressive, uplifting, and community-driven environment.

Original 26 & 2

  • 105 to 110°F, 50% humidity
  • 90 minutes

In the tradition of Original 26 & 2, the instructor takes students through the class with words, not demonstrations.

This fixed series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises was designed for whole body health...you will work every muscle, joint, and ligament in each class. Every posture is based on natural range of motion…nothing is beyond your grasp. Because the postures are the same every class, you will find challenge and reward in being able to work deeply on your form in each posture.

The room is silent (no music), giving you the opportunity to focus only on the instruction of the teacher and the connection to your mind and body. This moving meditation will build focus, strength, and determination. And yes, you will come to love the sweat! You will be in awe of what your body can truly do if you practice regularly.

Our five distinctive Vinyasa styles provide something for every preference, from restorative, low-heat sessions to upbeat, challenging flows that invigorate the body and mind.

Fire Flow

  • 98 to 102°F

Remember what it felt like to play when you were little, to run and jump and throw for the pure joy and curiosity of what was possible? Fire Flow is the yoga class version of youthful play and our studio’s version of Vinyasa yoga. Full of energy, variety, and challenge, it is a dynamic, flowy experience that emphasizes the connection between breath and movement.

Participants will explore a variety of postures from standing and balancing to backbends and optional inversions. Your breath, the movement, the music, the heat, and fellow yogis create an hour of invigorating movement. While the movements might be different than youthful play, the feeling you have at the end is the same.

Our instructors provide personalized guidance suitable for all levels, ensuring a nurturing and mindful experience.

Low & Slow Flow

  • 80 to 85°F
  • 60 minutes

Being new at something can consume a lot of energy and feel intimidating. Coming back to basics and can be humbling and informative. Both require a level of tenacity and bravery. Low and Slow Flow is exactly what each one of us needs, regardless of where we are in our yoga journey. In this low heat setting, we create focus on moving the body into postures that will allow you to gain a wider range of mobility and strength by flowing into longer holds and asanas. Since the focus isn’t temperature, emphasis on breath will allow you the freedom to adjust your internal thermometer, practice mindfulness, and learn what’s possible.

To grow stronger and faster, one must also learn to take holds and slow it down.

Our instructors provide personalized guidance suitable for all levels ensuring a nurturing and mindful experience.

Power Flow

  • 98 to 102°F
  • 60 minutes

Have you ever heard of the Effort Paradox? It’s a phrase coined by researchers who study the brain. When we do something hard, our brain attaches more value to it than an “easier” version of the same thing. When that challenging thing is a movement exercise it can also increase neurotransmitters like dopamine, serotonin, and norepinephrine, while lowering stress hormones like cortisol and adrenaline.

Power Flow is our studio’s version of the Effort Paradox. It is challenging but so fun! The most dynamic, exacting Vinyasa style class the studio offers, it is there for the students who want to get THE MOST out of the time on their mats. Moving at a faster pace with a focus on complex poses and smooth, flowing transitions; this style will challenge the mind, body, and cardiovascular system. Within this creative sequence is the opportunity to explore arm balances, inversions, and how we “choose to arrive” as we move from one pose to another. Embrace the challenge and discover your incredible power within.

Our instructors provide personalized guidance suitable for all levels, but some experience is encouraged for this class style.

Slow Flow

  • 98 to 102°F
  • 60 minutes

“Anything worth doing is worth doing slowly.” Mae West

Each Slow Flow class is creatively different with one exception; the pace is slow. Moving at a slower pace allows for more time to focus on alignment, breath, and how the body transitions from one pose to the next. The challenge of this style is hidden in the stillness. The willingness to hold potentially challenging shapes in our bodies is an exercise for the mind as well. The slower pace also creates optional opportunities for exploration and play with arm balances and inversions. While creative choreography, music, and community make this style fun it also provides an occasion to marry mental focus, physical strength, and breath.

Our instructors provide personalized guidance suitable for all levels, ensuring a nurturing and mindful experience.

“Start by starting.” Meryl Streep

We are in shape for the life we live. But what if we want to live differently? Whether your goals are aesthetic, increased strength, or physical and mental endurance, weight training is the tool for achievement. It can be intimidating, but using heavier weights is the key to maintaining bone and muscle density as we age. Because of their shape, kettle bells are an ideal tool for building coordination, strength in our large muscle groups, and stability in our joints. Versa Tubes are long “rubber bands” with handles that offer resistance in both push and pull motions. Combining yoga with these tools creates a fun, challenging, class designed to help you find your safe edge as you build strength in your body and mind. The benefits you gain from Strength Flow will positively impact other practices of yoga as well as all the life we’re living off our mats.

Our instructors provide personalized guidance suitable for all levels, ensuring a nurturing and mindful experience.
